I am having an Endometriosis flare. The owner of this card has a painful medical condition (Endometriosis) and is in severe pain. Please help find them a safe area to lay down to recover and take in fluids. If necessary, call the emergency contact on the other side of this card. Providing restroom access is extremely appreciated.

Side 2: Symptoms of Endometriosis can include:  Severe pain and pressure in abdomen, Pain with urination and bowel movements, Excessive blood loss, fatigue and nausea. Emergency Contact information.

Interstitial Cystitis/BPS Medical Alert Card

Side 1: MEDICAL ALERT – Restroom Access Required
I am having an IC flare. The owner of this card has a painful medical condition (Interstitial Cystitis/BPS, Chronic Pelvic Pain or Prostatitis) and requires urgent restroom access. If this patient does not use the restroom, they will endure severe pain and bladder spasms. Providing restroom access is extremely appreciated.
